Where are IONLY's batteries and energy storage systems manufactured?
At IONLY, we manufacture our batteries in Rafelbunyol, Valencia (Spain), working with local suppliers and reinforcing our commitment to the local business community.
Likewise, more than 90% of the added value of our products comes from the European Economic Community.
What differentiates IONLY's technology from that of its competitors?
Unlike our competitors, we carry out exhaustive quality tests on each of the lithium-ion cells we use, ensuring perfect battery balancing through proprietary algorithms developed together with the Energy Technology Institute.
At the same time, controlling the entire value chain of our batteries — from mechanical and chemical production to assembly, electronics and software — allows us to carry out any development required by our customers.
Does IONLY use cobalt or other raw materials considered critical by the UN, the World Economic Forum or the European Council in the manufacture of its products?
No. Unlike some products from our competitors, at IONLY we are committed to not using raw materials that may originate from conflict zones where human rights are not guaranteed.
What warranty do IONLY products have?
While our competitors only offer a 2-year warranty, especially those from China, at IONLY we offer a warranty of up to 10 years against any manufacturing defect.
Does IONLY offer after-sales service?
At IONLY, we take pride in having an international network of distributors and technicians capable of providing all our customers with impeccable local technical support and after-sales service.
Which inverters are IONLY products compatible with?
Our products are compatible with the vast majority of single-phase and three-phase inverters on the market, and we can develop bespoke communication and compatibility solutions for our customers.

IONLY’s industrial batteries are designed for demanding environments that require large storage capacity, high discharge power and maximum operational reliability.
Thanks to their modular, scalable architecture and redundant design, they make it possible to create systems of up to 1 MWh with fault tolerance, ideal for critical processes.
They also integrate easily with on-grid, off-grid and industrial microgrid systems, ensuring autonomy, continuity of service and compliance with European regulations (EU 2023/1542).
